03 — Detailed Engineering Design

We develop coordinated structural and civil designs supported by rigorous analysis and clear documentation. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, efficiency, and buildability.

04 — Coordination & Documentation

We work closely with architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors to ensure full integration of all design elements. Drawings and specifications are refined to eliminate ambiguity during construction.

05 — Construction Support & Supervision

We remain actively involved on site — providing technical guidance, conducting inspections, and ensuring that works are executed in line with the design intent.
