At the Courtyard—Our team undertook the Structural Analysis & Design of the apartment blocks, ground floor parking, and swimming pool, ensuring robust engineering solutions that balance safety, efficiency, and functionality.
In addition, we delivered the full scope of Civil Works, including the design of internal roads, stormwater drainage systems, sewerage reticulation and seamless integration with the NWSC trunk sewer.
