The project scope included the Structural Analysis & Design of the reinforced concrete high-rise structure and basement level.
Associated Civil Engineering works comprised internal roadworks, stormwater drainage systems, sewer reticulation and connection to the Nairobi Water & Sewerage Company trunk sewer, as well as water supply and distribution infrastructure.
Galleria Mall Expansion
Our team is delivering a transformative 194,000 ft² expansion of Galleria Mall, introducing new retail, commercial, healthcare, entertainment, and conferencing facilities within a modern mixed-use environment. Complementing the expanded footprint, a new 59,500 ft² basement parking facility was integrated into the scheme to support the increased visitor volumes and operational demands.
