A landmark agro-industrial development for One Acre Fund, comprising of 64,000 ft² of godown storage, 9,085 ft² of office space, and a 61,205 ft² driveway and yard area — purpose-built for high-volume macadamia processing operations.
The structural scope included a steel superstructure delivered by a specialist supplier, alongside a suite of ancillary structures — a boiler room, powerhouse, weighbridge, compressor rooms, and boundary walls.
Our role covered the full Civil Engineering Design and Construction Supervision for the project includeding pavement and road design encompassing internal roads, driveways, and parking bays, with engineered sub-grade, sub-base, and base layer specifications.
Stormwater management was designed and implemented across the entire site, incorporating main channels, cut-off drains, and french drains.
The scope further extended to sewer reticulation design, geotechnical surveys and investigations, and the production of full construction drawings and details.
